Working with Design Systems Builders, LLC

In 1976, T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. expanded their services to offer a pre-engineered building system in the company’s arsenal of building solutions, and created Design Systems Builders, LLC. Increasing our self performance services  was an easy decision and married perfectly with our philosophy of employing skilled craftspeople to control quality, cost and schedule. 

DSB partners with General Contractors, Developers, and End Users to furnish and erect the products and systems engineered and manufactured by Butler Manufacturing, Inc. Recognized as the “premium product” in the pre-engineered building market, Butler Manufacturing was chosen because of their history of quality and performance in the pre-engineered metal building segment of our industry. Click here to tour Butler Manufacturing’s Research Center.  

Safety is not just a priority, it’s engrained in our culture. Driven by the need to ensure this premium product is constructed safely and at the highest quality, we train our own crews to erect Butler product in the safest possible manner.  Components of our extensive safety program includes Daily Stretch and Flex, Full Tie Off,  and SkyWeb II utilization.
